Eirin doesn't have a teaching qualification so she would probably present her information in a very dry manner, making the topic very boring for the students. Likewise, she would most likey not take into account what the students know and don't know and end up talking about complicated things that students may not understand while she thinks it's all basic biology 101. Teaching in a dry manner with a lack of interactiveness from the students would most likely leave you with students who didn't learn much from the lesson aside from a few bit or pieces.
Eirin may be more qualified to talk about the subject, but Keine is leagues ahead of her when it comes to introducing the information in a fun, memorable, and engaging manner.

She'll just consider you as stubborn and make you prove it to her, you'd basically be seen as those students who say they already know how to solve that equation and then completely mess it up when asked to solve it on the blackboard.

What do you think is Keine's favourite subject to teach?
Maths, perhaps? She might love seeing the students' eyes light up when they understand a formula.
