What does this guy actually do?
It seems to me that all he does is write lyrics for songs. Anyone with a solid grasp of Japanese could do this. He doesn't compose or arrange the music. He doesn't manage the theatres, create websites or promo material, distribute CDs/DVDs, come up with variety stuff for TV shows, or direct music videos. Other people, or even other companies, do this shit. Does he even turn up to work at concerts? So what the fuck does he actually do, and why is he so revered?
