After rereading Ciconia for the 6th time I'm convinced that everyone is after Vier and the lab, but I'm still not convinced that she's the representative of god (guy Toujirou is tracking in the preview).
So she's definitively not a meta being or some shit. I think the most likely outcome is that the lab is where the Yaoyorozu Nanotech (the guys that originally developed the 8MS) are.
Reasons:
>Developers from Yaoyorozu Nanotech were been hidden away to be protected so the 8MS can remain administrated - and the guys from Vier's lab are also protected (Mario mentions that the blue girls won't let him die easily)
>Vier mentions that if Mario wants to restore the world, he should just change the 8MS to do so, talking like this is a trivial thing
Now I don't think she's the representative of god, and that's likely a new character that will be introduced during Phase 2, or one of the Gauntlet Knights we already know, reasons:
>the RoG needs help from the Green Reaper to change the 8MS, if the RoG was a 8MS admin from the lab that wouldn't be needed
>Vier mentions that Mario couldn't have been the only one wanting to "destroy" the 8MS (otherwise that feat wouldn't be possible, idk what it means), and that easily could be tied to the RoG since the 8MS "destruction" contributes directly to the Revelation script.
