If I woke up as her with her life, I would probably try to get the message that the mind inside Flan is not the mind that was previously in there to one of the main residents. Any actions after that depend on how they react.
If I woke up in my own bed as Flan, the high priorities are calming my family down and getting all the windows covered up so I don't start taking damage from the sun. After that, I quit my job and try to find an alternative income source and a blood source.
In either situation, I would still probably grope myself a bit first
