Well, fgog is now composed not only "for (you)" guys but also some fujoshi and yumejoshi, so there were some who complained she is used goods/just want to have sex/angra based ntr, but not all because there is a population who doesn't care now.
The thing is that Caren means nothing to them, because they don't read VNs so she just seems like "old fandom pandering" or "nostalgia treatment".
There are some critics over how she is too much based on past things instead of having her own development for FGO itself, because that Caren is 100% Capsule Servant jokes which also made most of her event (valentines) like that.
