I hope you aren't getting thise fake licenses from a danuki. She's probably the one calling the inspectors on you so she can scam you out of money. Then once you've hit the point you can't afford one, she'll call them up saying she believes you are actually single and she wants to claim you. You'll get a knock on the door and it'll be a dark priest inspector and the danuki with a very real marriage license ready for you.

Pros: Elements on all her spellcard bullets, has effective damage on her spellcards, not a split attacker, great yin def, accuracy, and some yin atk, switch type is P boost, one of the few Def unit not weak to Moon, has a sexy OL costume that the devs are legally obligated to give her at some point
Cons: All spellcards are 1-1-3, no P boost skills, defensive unit with no barrier recovery or yang def, ability isn't useful
I use her pretty much every other day in arena, since she has so many elements and good effective damage targets. She's like a weaker, prototype ZUNhu.
