I think the Avatar is the big gimmick itself. Trying to screw with the audience, being (acceptably) sadistic, usual evil shit toned down for audience enjoyment.

City builders, Engineering games (Kerbal, Space Engineers, etc), retro PC games (Jazz Jackrabbit, C&C, AoE, HoMM, Doom/Heretic)
Also Cooking and ASMR.

I think I'd be one of those vtubers with low-to-medium viewership and a lot of big akasupas.
