Let's talk large-caliber guns, I've largely stop upgrading them a while ago and I'm not really sure whether I've forgot something important while wasting screws on those new mortars and whatnot.
Here's what I've got right now, for reference (only upgraded guns listed).
38cm kai: Five maxed
381/50 kai: Four maxed
16inch mk.7: Two maxed
16inch mk.7+GFCS: One to +4
41cm triple kai2: One to +2
41cm twin kai2: One to +2
16inch mk.V: One to +6
Prototype 51cm: Two to +1
51cm twin: One to +1
Where would you go from there?
I can't help but think I've overlooked something.

The only good thing about the art change is that you can clearly see Hyuuga's katana, otherwise I hate his new style, fuck this.
