Since last night I was vomiting a lot. At first I felt like everything was spinning around and had slight headache and I went sleep, then later I woke up at night and I vomited 2 times. Now at morning I vomited already 3 or 4 times and instead of food there is something orange coming out. Should I do anything about that?

I would tell them it's not possible for me to know exactly what they are feeling or what's going through their head, but I could tell them by committing suicide they will only hurt those who care about them in more ways than one.
