Guy with the disfigured Tsurupetta here. I noticed someone was asking about returns in the last thread and it was mentioned.

I did get a replacement but it's strange. I'm pretty sure they sent me the non-soft version in a soft version box. The new one feels firmer and has a slightly pinker color. I definitely prefer the softer one. It also has markings just like the first one but just not as bad even though they told me they personally checked this one for defections and said the markings would go away in a couple days. I didn't bother emailing them again because I figured I got lucky that they didn't ask me to return the old one.
