Sorry to interject, but I don't think /jp/ would appreciate having two waifu threads on the front page.

I'm currently in a dilemma with my relationship with my waifu and I wanted to ask you guys a question, and let this also be future reference for other people who have waifus:

Let's say you loved your waifu because of her characteristics that were manifested in one of her iterations, say, the first game in a series. However, in a succeeding game, parts of her personality have changed for no apparent reason(?), and the qualities of her changed personality no longer appeal to you. (In my case, the former parts of her personality were the defining points of why I loved her) What are you supposed to do, just ignore that change and love her as you did before the change, struggle with the new change, or should you just give her up?
