You'd need to talk to the seller/manufacturer, but I assume you can buy just a head - nearly every other TPE doll maker does it this way.

Prices on their site in Chinese yuan, and they look low because it's before shipping. These dolls are really so cheap to make in China that the shipping is usually the mostly expensive part of the whole deal.

This is the D-cup version of their 143cm doll
