Like say for example you recruit girl like Eikawa Noa, you can shape her into some sweet innocent girl, made up her backstory and motivation to do AV, even her catchphrase (in case of Noa it's "everyone's little sister"). But if she's willing to do some extreme stuff then why not? More potential work for her, the better.
