Smooth for me as well. Just werks. Otona Sekai says they'll remove packaging on request too -- I'll find out in a couple days.

>Concerning the laws wasn't there a poster here from Canada who ordered a Cocolo (packaging intact) and was detained and brought to court? If I remember right he got off on a peace bond but not before a minor media circus.

Yep. They were arrested just for the packaging. Details in the pastebin guide. They were lucky:

>I think there's reasonable grounds to defend in this case though--the package has a character bio that gives reason to believe she's 18 (says she's majoring in psychology), and the product is available from canadian retailers such as amazon.ca. The RCMP's case is based on a shaky interpretation of the character's physical traits: no breasts, no hips, no pubic, which is fairly weak given the image. And there's no current legal framework for determining the age of a drawing, and no precedent.

There is some weak precedent*. The legal framework is basically 'does the judge/jury think it looks like a child -> fuck you go to jail'. It helps if the character is said to be 18, but even then you can be convicted if they still appear to be younger.

My plan is to move to Finland.
