Many modern trannies aren't really born with that mental illness, they are just autists who got pulled into the SJW cult, a place where they feel accepted. Their autistic "special interest" tends to be an unhealthy obsession with gender and social justice.

I'm kind of a sperg myself (not the irrationally stubborn type who has trouble with irony, those are the worst), so I know one when I see it. Most trannies these days are literal autists obsessed with gender, not real trannies.

They tend to have relatively high IQ but not high enough, so they feel smarter than everyone else while still falling for every SJW fallacy, which turns them into raging puritans who can't stop screeching about the "evil" pedos and get offended by fucking everything.
