Ooishi is the culprit

this week's episode like the previous one doesn't contain any murders yet so I can't be sure what Rika's original plan is but the new plan created after Keichi changed destiny is well explained.

This Episode Starts with a destroyed statue and people accuse Teppei, also they suggest that he will be the victim this year.

the funny thing is that THE STATUE WAS DESTROYED IN THE SAME STREET WHERE WE SAW OOISHI IN THE FINALE OF THE LAST EPISODE
Now the plan is simple, Rika and Ooishi want to kill Teppei and pass it off as Oyashiro's curse.
Keichi now has the whole village involved and it would not be strange if the enemy of the village is killed by Oyashiro.
The last clue of this episode is that OOISHI IS ACCEPTED IN THE SAME COMMITTEE THAT HE SHOULD INVESTIGATE AND HATE FOR THE MURDERS.
