I got her from Gift Online Shop too. Her eyes are definitely purple, though not so apparent as in the official shot. They're also very shiny, so it's hard to state the exact color. For sure they're not as red as her miko outfit or Flandre's eyes. Here's a not-so-good picture I have laying around, but you can see the difference.
