Yes, you will have to CUT the pages from the binding. If this does not sit well with you, you'll have to bend the pages really hard to produce a flat undistorted image. Either way, the doujinshi will be not as brand new as it is.
If you're not going to do either of these, don't bother because nobody is going to put in the effort on shitty scans.
