That pic is from Higurashi. He says he wrote the truth of the story in Higurashi because he doesn't want people to reach the end of the story, and then not get an answer. Because if there is no answer, people wouldn't be able to check if their theories and interpretations of the story are right.

Umineko VIII Manga is Umineko's answer, a way to check if you have reached the truth of the story.
