Yeah that head is modeled after Tamaki, the Nyotengu head however is just another old model with new makeup.

Speaking of video game characters, I ordered this last week, + the Tamaki head as the free bonus that Zelex gives out. It's adapted from an existing head so it's not specifically modeled after Nyotengu but looks good anyway.
