There is very little footage of Haru-chan (the mom friend, not our usual Haru-chan talked about here) from about 2017 or so when she played Sachie, but looking at what YT recommendations showed me I could sort of get why she was cast as Mizuki's twin in the Bushiroad produced Assault Lily shows. Back in the day, her features were less sharp and her face was rounder; she looked surprisingly like present day Mizuki.
