To remind you of the dangers of abandoning your NEET duties, /jp/, I went outside for the first time in months recently. It gave me the flu, now I can't take it easy. Normals disregard it when they are sick because they are so obsessed with going to work every day, so they force their sicknesses onto everyone else without caring. It is not a common occurrence. I'm not making this up.

The danger is not limited to the outside. If you have normals in your home, like parents who sustain your living costs, avoid physical contact with them as much as possible. Do not enter their airspace, these normalfections can spread by just breathing, or talking to you in close proximity. Even the food they supply you, if any, can be contaminated. Do not use shared toilets, responsibly pissing and shitting on the floor (of your room) is recommended.

Turn your room into a closed one in the emergency case of needing to leave, make sure you can tell when a normal has entered your room. I recommend exiting through a window and placing a chair before your door. Normals are dangerous, but not always malicious, it's unlikely they will use the window. They will force the door open and the chair will be displaced. Confront the normal over the displacement of the chair. This assumes you have a door that opens inwards, outwardly opening doors should be avoided at all costs.
