Maybe not creepy, but somewhat uncanny, yeah. People in the VN, men and women alike, can't stop going off about her beauty. Like "real people aren't supposed to look like that" sort of way. Could it be an "age of the gods" thing?

Yeah, it was always one of the weirder parts of the VN. Nobody in Fuyuki ever mistakes her for a man. Did she always have a helmet on? Feminine men and real women don't look that much alike.

Like the last 2 or 3 episodes, everything from the Ender the bridge encounter with Gil to the end was flawless. And I didn't watch this anime until like 2016, way after I read the VN, so there's no nostalgia or anything here.

DEEN made a good adaption.
