I finally found Minipati's Miracle Patiful Hamburger performance from that youtube video.

It was from the limited edition type B version of the Ganbare!! single sold as a complementary DVD. The only problem is that it doesn't include their intro where they come on stage running backwards while holding onto each other.

The youtube video has a TBS 1 watermark so it looks like it was recorded from a TV broadcast.

Any help with finding the full video would be nice.
