Any version of Higurashi without Satoko's nude sprite is shit.

It only appears for 5 minutes, but it's a very important sprite. Seeing a main character butt naked is lewd (outside the context of the scene) and only a puritan SJW would dislike it or dismiss it as unimportant. But it also contributes to the drama and realism of the scene, because Satoko is so paranoid and scared that she doesn't care about holding onto a towel to cover her privates. She wants to run with everything she has from the crazy ass possessed Keiichi wielding an axe. It also increases the hopelessness of the situation because the usually smug and proud Satoko is now totally naked like a scared animal, no longer capable of reasoning like a human. This is what this terrifying disease does to a person.

Also, it's the author's intent and its removal is objectively an act of censorship.
