lvl 97 TTK here, need some advice.

Progress:
>cleared E-1~3
>E-4's BB Hime sends me away everytime
>Only time I S rank boss nodes is when I've chip damaged the progress bar enough to clear it (about 20 tries each map)
>out of fuel and bauxite
>Used about 150 buckets

So I'm thinking of three options: level more CL & DDs (Average level in my E-2 fleet is 40), farm E-2 (lowest resource cost event map), or hunt Ooi (is she even real?).

what do /kct/?

Also, where did you get your Ooi?
