Not a bad idea, actually. Thanks to how the system works, it's pretty much just needs ~25 "stock" panties and one unique pair for every 2hu. I bet it would be a pretty simple thing to implement, considering you don't need to account for their heights, pregnancy, boob sizes, mood etc.
