it's a hassle to clean and i have lots of other toys if i just want a quick fap
when I'm in the mood for a longer session though nothing beats it. my first test with the buttbox I went three rounds in a row with it and it literally cured my depression (quitting drinking is helping too)

bare metal, the water got dirty and the weight left a small imprint, i replaced it with a 12"x12" elastic cargo net and 3" suction cups, they work much better
TPE = thermoplastic elastomer, keyword "thermo", doing this will most likely wear out toys faster, but it's worth it imo
