In all of my screenshots the pph never exceeds 5. Of course, right after this change occurred there's no doubt it spiked, but if it stays at or less than 5, that should be proof things haven't changed that much, and it would take the same effort keeping one of the generals alive as it did before the rule change. I would still like a new board or at least some word from the mods, but this seems more reasonable now if things are going to even out in the long run.
