Tomax finally on stock again, my replacement Lilith Uterus is incoming. I benched the old one after sleeping with some 3D girls on a holiday, and ended up getting treated for chlamydia. To hell with 3D girls. Used the hole before being treated. Could hardly wait, my other holes don't feel as good.

Almost all single layer holes are safe to turn inside out. I used mine every other day, and you could see some wear and tear on the outside after a year or so. Not sure what it look like if I was super careful with it. It was still perfectly fine save for the 3D girl debacle. I wouldn't worry about that, you'll have to replace them sometime anyway. Especially if worrying stops you from using the hole in the first place.
