Tell me, what are the bestest ways human and monstergirl couplings would raise, educate and take care of their monstergirl and Incubi children with good upbringings?

What would a monstergirl do when they encounter and happen upon runaway children? Especially if it is boys/shotas who ran away from horrifically abusive households? I can assume Monstergirls would attempt to corrupt/monsterize runaway girls. But how would Monstergirls handle boys who ran away from such bad households? Who would they comfort them?

And would orphanages and child shelters ran by Monstergirls and the Medical Sabbath be places of tear-jerking feels where Monstergirls take care and groom orphans to be such perfectly well adjusted and productive members of soceity more than normal orphanages can do. And also such tear-jerking but heartwarming moments where the monstergirl caretakers help heal broken children who ran away from their troubles by the power of love and cuddles?
