I do in fact give a shit about this. In the first few stages, you just need to be under the boss and you kill them before ONE BULLET can even reach your latitude.
Then, in later stages, it's not much different.
TL;DR: No, fuck YOU, you didn't use the vsync patch to fix it. If you HAD, then there wouldn't be an exploit for you to use in the first place.
