Here you can use a certain type of points to buy passive skills for your characters (Individually) (I don't know the effect of any of those btw)

3. Points (I think the name is Graze (I just figured it out) but what does it means? Do you earn them by avoiding ennemy attacks?)

Guess you can choose up to 6 skills in the list.
You can uppgrade a skill without using a new slot.
Grey skills cannot be unequipped.
