No, not really. There's not a single note worthy laser attack that uses those types of lasers in those games.
Miko's second to last spellcard is good but that uses the non directional type lasers.

All of Ichirins laser attacks are easily the worst she has. Compare her midboss and 3rd spellcard to something as glorious as KKS and whatever the fuck her 2nd spellcard is called.
Shou as a whole is a terrible boss. Byakurens Magic Milky Way is also a poor spellcard.
All of Seiga's attacks that use lasers are bad too, especially when compared to her nons that use the jellybean + kunai combination.

Byakuren tried to stop Miko's resurrection, no doubt afraid of what she could do.
When that failed, the Youkai wasted no time sending in their "trump card" to stop her, due to being so scared.
Taoists are said to have a body like steel too, not to mention Miko is immortal.
