This site is one of the 4chan's follower. Most of the articles are from 4chan (or other English sites) and translated from English into Japanese.
In Japan , a website's category of what's called "foreigners' responses(外国人たちの反応；海外の反応)" is very popular. This category was appeared from a situation "foreigners read or watch Japanese weird subculture ( anime manga , and so on ) and comment "WTF"...and Japanese read or watch it. ( I'm a bit confused explaining it ??)" There are many similar websites and videos on Youtube or niconico.


But I think it's all on the surface. Not all foreigners comment "WTF" or "lol japan is so kraaaaaaazy*~fartz~*".
