Korone's obsession with her viewer's fingers is due to being born with a birth defect that causes her to only have 3 fingers per hand.

This is also why she favors retro games, because they can be more easily played with 6 fingers. Any time she plays a game that would require more fingers, it's actually Okayu playing for her.
