FGO plot is fine if you remove the gacha part which is the cheap fanservice, seasonal events, delete all things that allow bullshit summons (like BB) and remove the bad writing of guda and mash.
Rewrite some parts, make it have more lines per screen and done, FGO is good now.
Adapting it to a novel or even its own visual novel with only the main plot would already save FGO for me.
Renaming it to just Grand Order instead of having the Fate name would be the ideal as well, but can't ask too much.
