Fuck you got me good here. I don't pay a lot of attention to younger in seiyuus but I've found myself fond of Ari Ozawa, Kaede Hondo, Saori Onishi and Reina Ueda. I'm worried though Ueda is gonna get overused.

That's another factor. Seiyuufags are such a big part of otoge fans that they're guaranteed to have drawn in a lot of buyers for any title. Gauging individual seiyuu popularity and how much it influenced a single title isn't easy either since a small devoted group of fans of a less prolific seiyuu could have the same effect as a large group of fans of a popular one.
When it comes down to Dialovers I've always thought it came at the right time with the right ingredients to make it popular, and the sadistic guys were ultimately one of the smaller parts of that.
