However, having thought more about this, I think finding out what events the wisdoms correspond with is only the first step. I think what we have here is likely a puzzle similar to Umineko's epitaph. The quote in pic related ("divided into 381 parts") makes me think we need to do some mathematical operations on these numbers to get something out. Maybe look at the coordinates of the Tunguska event and try dividing something by 381...?

I don't really know, but I think something like this might be the next step now that we have the dates figured out.
