actually no, most likely a factory error, as meiling and suwako were made at the same time. furthermore, pic related is on it, which isnt really on bootlegs (at least with gift and angel type text on it). the thing with taobao is, its like 70% bootlegs, but 30% of it (the 30% that isnt just described with a factory photo) is typically either prototypes or factory errors that they didnt bother destroying/were stolen and resold by employees
tl;dr its not a bootleg, just a weird error that happened within the factory gift uses for fumos
