if this was real, why don't they ever link the original NGA threads, you can really craft whatever narrative you want with screenshots of single posts to make it seem like there is some calculated plan at play. Everyone knows there's only like 5 chinese people actually pushing this shit, but i imagine people are treating it like there's a whole army of billions planning to march on Cover. Heck out of curiosity I just looked Coco up on bilibili right now and the views on the videos talking about her graduation don't have nearly as many views as one would expect (the most viewed video was a joke video by a literal who japanese foot fetish artist fake crying about how he can't throw money and jack off to her anymore and that had maybe 80k views and every other video on it didn't get more than 10k including the reuploads of the announcement). I feel like people overly estimate how many people still actually care about what happened.

Seriously, Cocofags keep pushing this whole "COCO DID IT TO PROTECT HAATO FROM THE ANGRY CHINESE PEOPLE!!!!!!" but Haato's problem was solved almost immediately, she apologized and had a 2 week ban from bilibili and chinks were like "she can't even boil an egg, what makes you think she has political beliefs?" they got mad at Coco because Coco literally didn't do anything to fix the situation, she just let it spiral and did whatever she could to avoid dealing with it(members chat, member streams instead of normal streams, editing the video without telling anyone, and spouting how she's invincible and her managers will deal with everything from now on). It got so bad because Coco was too stubborn to deal with her problems head on and put the fate of her vtuber career in the hands of managers that can't even proofread

it's pretty unlikely, I feel that from this point forward, they're going to be focusing a lot on "popularity of the roommate" rather than pure ability or noticeable potential. The VSinger audition flat out asks "what is the highest amount of views/viewers your streams/videos have gotten?" there's not going to be some experienced member to filter out everyone, it's just going to be pure numbers and whether or not they can be easily marketable.

nah dude, it's really creepy to get all obsessive with their personal lives and try to create narratives about their social relationships based on the personas they play on screen. They play up interactions and endorse harmlessly on stream, but it's really creepy to try and analyze them and create these ideas about how real the relationships between people on stream are.
