Alright, well I tried to make a lewd outline like you envisioned but I'm not sure if it looks good. The lines in the middle get really thin.
The yellow ring around her left arm on the right looks really out of place and unconnected to anything. I wonder if it shouldn't just be removed entirely.

I think finding a medium between half nudes and borderline nude is ideal. Though I don't know where the medium between Maria's dress and her wearing panties lies.

I still think that the practical solution is to add more pieces of clothing for each character by seperating them into half nudes and borderline-nudes, thereby letting people decide which type of lewd sprite they want.

It shouldn't be too hard to do either.
