How the fuck. I've spent ~130 and that's with E1-4 hard mode and no Hotels/Bismarck, Anti-air directors, lesbian CLT, only 3 reppuu, no large radars, etc. you get my drift.

Did you bucket scratch damage or something?

Also, easy mode doesn't even feel like the same game as hard. Ducked into easy after getting my ass dicked in hard and was pleasantly surprised. I had 6 taiha 4 chuuha at the end of hard boss node and didn't even scratch the boss, while pic related is easy. The epeen medal is delicious but I'm starting to reconsider.
