In Tentai Senshi Sunred (a tokusatsu parody / slice-of-life anime that's based heavily on IRL eleven culture), there's a character who acts in chinpira/charao style and talks about hitting JKs publicly (in a family restaurant). The anime aired between 2008 - 2010 and since it's a manga adaptation it could be even older material.
I also watched lots of variety shows around 2012 - 2016 and JK wasn't in public use at that time yet. Besides Sunred, the only place where I heard it in regular use was Anigera Didoon (usually by Mafia Kajita, the leftmost guy in pic).

The stuff that gals popularize is random stupid shit like gekioko-punpunmaru or maji-manji that lasts only few months before it's embarrasingly outdated (similar to ippatsu geinin and 流行語).

Apparently Sugita is in the Godzilla movie too. It's funny how Mafia Kajita was actually in Shin Gojira and the whole Anigera crew hyped it up while Sugita had to keep his involvement in the anime as a secret.

Nakamura-san Chi no Maid Dragon was a pure gag deck. Only Sugita was playing seriously in that event because he has a rivalry with エルフの女 (the whole Anigera team was wipen out in their previous encounter).
