Is it true that Nina is an alternate universe version of a random 50-something housewife from Hinamizawa that ignores Satoko when she goes shopping and eventually gets gassed?

I wonder where everyone else ended up in the regular Higurashi/Umineko timelines. Most of them (except maybe Yuuji) were born before the disaster that changed the course of the war, so they must exist somewhere as completely different people.
