It's possible. I've looked through a bunch of artwork for comparisons, and it's a pretty close race between Kyrie, Eva, and Natsuhi. I could honestly see it going any way between them depending on the artist. The only consistent thing is that Rosa is always the smallest by a wide margin.

that anon is one of those types that insist on playing it with only the original assets, claiming things like voice acting and professional art detract from the story and make it more generic. Really It's just a matter of preference. Pic related shows original, PS3, and Steam sprites, from left to right. Just pick whichever look you prefer and go with it. The PS3 patch also includes voice acting (which is fantastic), backgrounds, and CGs. Personally, it's what I'd recommend.
