I was scared that Moriyama's version of Rin was too cutesy looking, which would undercut a lot of the moments where she goes all in on the brutal, fierce and emotionless magus act, but damn. He really drew her excellently here. Chapter is way shorter than I would have liked, but I suppose that's to be expected from a New Year's edition. At this right it will take two chapters for Rin to finally attack Shirou at the school. I'm enjoying it, at least.
