It doesn't hurt anything though. I mean what 60% of the stuff posted on /jp/ has nothing to do with otaku culture and as long as you post a touhou image its not like you're being a complete shitposter(okay probably are but theres still alot worse on the board), the problem with this board is that content isn't really translated quick enough to keep it pumping with 100% on topic activity and if it was people would still post offtopic stuff(though if I had more wonderful science fiction and fantasy visual novels to read I'd post off topic less I'm sure)
