I mean, if you make something touhou related its pretty much obligatory to have touhou music in it, or at least a wink at Zun's music like in GoS.

Its just part of the brand, almost as much as the characters themselves. It would be like having a Warhammer game w/o the absurd over-the-top violence or a Final Fantasy game w/o giant chickens and flying boats. It just doesn't "feel" like Touhou.

And considering it's the original Pokemon score, it just exaggerates the feeling that I'm only playing a sprite swap.
