In a perfect world, companies should treat their talents with respect and give them a lot of freedom, allow them to whatever they want and also critize companies and staff if they do something wrong.

but too bad that kind of vtuber agency doesn't exist. Oh wait it does. Balus, nijisanji and the Asano sisters.

The azulim situation only further emphasises how cooperate retards that have too much control over the Vtuber is only destined to fail. In the first place the vtuber scene is tightly nit, community and collab based, but most of all, being able to do your own thing. Most Vtuber producers understand this concept of letting vtubers have some leeway but some are just plain retards.

It's a pretty shitty situation.
